We believe that personal development through continuous training is essential to keep abreast with the profession both locally and internationally.  Thus, IAID endeavours to provide training to each officer depending on his/her respective training needs so as to enhance his/her skills, abilities and qualities.  We believe that allowing our officers to be part of the ongoing changes within the profession motivtes them to excel in their career path.
